V-EB01/051 Cheer Girl, Flanyy (チアガール フラニィ) Dark Zone/Workeroid/Spike Brothers Normal/0/Boost/5000/10000/1 ACT [R]: COST[Put this unit into your soul, and choose a card from your drop zone, and put it on the bottom of your deck] and, [C-Charge (1)].
The 20 June reveal for Japan was the grade 0 tech card that alll clans have gotten so far - a card that isnt a trigger or a starting vanguard but has some skill unique to the clan's i dentity that contributes to it's strategy. The question of whether or not to run the card then comes down to this one general consideration: is the card good enough and strong enough to play given that hey make misgrading more common and can become a dead card if the game's situation isn't benefited by said card's effect.
First of, let's list some of the pros that the card gives. Most importantly, the card is the only source of counter charge in the clan which allows them to use the new General Seifried 's skill. (The new reveals in the Tuesday livestream revealed more about V EB02 and just a few cards from The Destructive Roar. I havn't had the time to write my thoughts on this so i'll probably make a video if I have time.) The card's secondary effect also allows you to cycle a card back to the bottom of the deck from the drop zone. The only other card that has this skill is Wonder Boy. The skill allows you to recycle triggers or units like Brakki Juggernaut or even Wonder Boy (since he can't recycle himself) allowing a more constant bombardment of attacks. Certainly with the new Unite Attacker, the card has huge potential.
That said let's move on to the cons. As good as the card is,l it is a grade 0 and typically are not played as grade 0s are generally the weakest cards and can only be used for defence while they take up space in an already crowded deck with 4 copies of Brakki, Juggernaut, Wonder Boy and Seifried. In a deck already starved for space, the card may result in you getting the wrong draw and ruining the whole deck's system of rolling attacks. The deck is also not in desperate need of counter blast since most of the new Spike's skills are centered around the soul, with the only notable exception being Seifried who's counter blast portion of his skill isn't something too crazy. It still remains to be seen if she will be usable in actual play tests but we will have to wait for the set to drop.
